Being able to rely on our expertise and economies of scale to ensure residents are properly vetted, repairs, cleaning and maintenance being kept up to date, this takes the hassle out of property ownership.   • How does Comodo Homes operate?
    We operate on a sub-lease model, leasing residential properties, then sub-leasing the property with individual lodging agreements. Consistent rental income is received by owners throughout the duration of the agreement, providing peace of mind to owners. Maintenance, finding and managing residents, and routine inspections become the responsibility of Comodo Homes.
  • What kind of properties does Comodo Homes manage?
    We manage standard Residential properties, Boarding Homes (approved prior to 2021*), Group Homes (permanent), and Co-living housing. *The NSW Housing SEPP 2021 requires Boarding Houses approved post-2021 to be "managed by a registered community housing provider". We do not provide community housing services.

    Our team currently operates throughout metropolitan Sydney, with plans to expand to Melbourne shortly.
